I am writing to thank you, Dave and Menso homes for everything that was done to make building our home so easily and efficiently.

As you know, I was referred to Menso homes by Wendy, but had to do my due diligence to visit the other builders. When I came to Menso model home. I was in complete awe. The standard that was in the model were upgrades with the other builders.

Upon choosing Menso homes to build on our land, I felt a bit overwhelmed with the process, but you answered my questions and I felt very comfortable.

Every time we came to see the house during the building process, Dave was very accommodating and explained in detail what was going on and what was going to completed next.

Horace and I are certainly happy with the quality of the home and the outcome. We are very impressed!

Menso homes really took care of us during the moving in process. They were streamlined and quick with the contracts and worked with us during the tough time of finding a house. The house is really beautiful and we’re really happy to move in here. With what most builders consider upgrades Menso considers standard.

Even after the buying stage Ben made sure to take care of us and fix any errors or issues that we had quickly. They keep to their word and that’s hard to find with builders these days.

They also support veterans and are a VA approved builder. I highly recommend Menso homes to find a quality home in the area. They are honest and very caring about the buyer.

Wanted to post our experience with having our beautiful home built by MENSO HOMES.

Initially met with a personable Ben and Cindy in their model home on Savona Blvd. We Had previously visited with eight other home builders and asked many questions about their models, the options, the pricing, and what to expect over the course of the building process.

Ben and Cindy were very forthcoming in all their answers and impressed us with their knowledge of everything we asked about. We fell in love with the model we were in – “the Alice”- and were stunned to find out that everything we saw in that model was INCLUDED in the pricing. No other builder would offer that; Other builder's models had many nice upgrades as well, but all at ADDITIONAL pricing.

We went to contract early in 2022. We were kept up to date at all phases and were able to visit the site numerous times. Also met with Dave, the very accommodating construction manager. His attention to even the smallest detail was obvious in every facet of building. If it wasn’t completely correct, he’d make sure it was done right.

We also had the real pleasure of having conversations with Eric, the owner and master builder of Menso homes. Completely open about his attitude and desire to be recognized as a conscientious and fair home builder, it’s obvious He wants his homes to be as PERFECT as possible. And, since moving in to our new beautiful dream home, he’s done exactly that!
